Steve Railsback was born on November 16, 1945, in Dallas, Texas. While still in high school, he and his family relocated to Wichita Falls. At just seven years old, he stepped onto the stage for the first time in a college production of Cinderella<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Even as a child, Steve sensed that small-town life wasn\u2019t his calling. After graduation, he took a job selling shoes to save up enough to strike out on his own.
